New Product: DynaFect

DynaFect, a proprietary transfection reagents, was developed by Protein One for high efficiency transfection for many mammalian cell lines with very low cytotoxicity. DynaFect was shown to efficiently deliver genes in many established cell lines which include HEK293 (293T, 293E), CHO, HeLa, K562, BHK-21, 4T1 (a breast cancer cell line), insect cell lines (Sf9 and Sf21) and other eucaryotic cell lines. The protocol developed for 24 well plate can be easily scaled up. It is also good for large scale recombinant mammalian protein expression.
