(Hiring Immediately) Scientist, Cancer Immunotherapy

Protein One is emerging as a cutting edge developer of bi-specific antibodies for cancer therapies. The bi-specific antibodies connect host's T cells to tumor cells which results in the activation T cells to express proteins like perforin and granzymes and initiate apoptosis of cancer cells. We have recently applied for a patent for our first bi-specific antibody. A number of other bi-specific antibodies are in the development stage. Working together with Senior Scientists. Cancer Immunotherapy, the candidate will be responsible for facilitating the Bi-specific antibody development such as characterizing the antibodies using ELISA and flow cytometry for FACS analysis . Strong working knowledge of molecular biology and cell biology are required. The candidate will work on antibody maturation. Hands-on experiences on phage library development and/or utilize for antibody screening is plus. Ability to work on multiple tasks is needed. Strong communication skills - both verbal and written- are essential.

Minimum requirements

Ph.D. in immunology, cancer immunotherapy, cell biology or closely related field.
